Also I’m sure this exact issue was resolved since I remember seeing it fixed. I wonder if an update might have bought the issue back?

Hello, Thank you, this is a solution. However I really would like this website to be able to accept ICS imports so the club can modify events from the google calendar.  We often need to change the date / cancel and add ticket links sometime after posting. I also would love to have an option not to show the end date in brackets when an event goes past midnight. I have submitted this as a feature request.

Dear EventON Support Team,

Since my website stopped working after your attempted updates—and I received no response—I had no choice but to restore it to an earlier version so we could continue selling tickets for the weekend.

I’ve also deleted the FTP access I provided, which was initially used but later inexplicably reported as non-functional.

Please let me know if you are still able to provide the support I paid for, when it can be done, and whether you are able to maintain clear communication moving forward. If not, I kindly request a refund for the support and plugin update services, as I will need to explore other solutions that reliably meet my needs.

Please note that I have already contacted Envato regarding this situation.
