Thanks for coming back to me. 

Point 1: That has fixed the issues. 

On the problem of pop up windows not working and reinstalling it again. Will doing this loose all the data, events and settings we already have in the website? The site is live so keen not to cause more of an issue. 

Could you also advise the best steps how to do this. I’ve added plugins before not never installed an plugin which is already in the site. 

In terms of your user logins I have redone these and tested they work.

In order for a user to see submitted events, they need to be assigned to such events.

Please go to wp-admin > Events > Edit Event > click Manage Assigned Users > assign to users:

Login info has stopped working. Could you check and provide a new one it in ”Access Information”?

As for the issue, please try manually clearing your browser cache, because new files must be loaded.
