Hello,
Unfortunately, because of CodeCanyon’s Support we unable to help with PHP customizations.
However, please take a look at this available documentation on how to work with Taxonomies:

Hello Ashan,
Yes, I’m requesting a refund for order number 206803 for the Event Tickets Add-on.
• Do I need to do anything else to get a refund?
• Is there a form to request a refund?
• I already sent this request to info@myeventon.com on April 26th, but I haven’t received a response.
(I’m keeping the main Eventon plugin.)
Sincerely,
Alex.

Also, I haven’t included a login page because I’ve implemented an OTP system that sends a code via email.
If needed, I can temporarily disable this option.
Please let me know. Thank you.
In the meantime I have inserted the problem encountered with an image
