I switched the theme and only left EventON enabled, however it still doesn’t switch the theme:

Do I need to clear a cache somewhere?

Hello,

Could you try upgrade PHP to 8+? I believe that the issue is caused by an outdated PHP version.

Hello,

EventON shows any other shortcodes you add to Event Details the same way as it shows Gutenberg elements. However, please go to EventON > Advanced > try a different Select calendar event content filter type.

Hi Artem,

Just following up to ask if you’ve had a chance to look into this issue.

When do you think I could expect a reply or some feedback?

Thank you,

Daniel – Onevent.ro

Artem,

Yes, please do — that would be great.

I’ve already followed all the troubleshooting steps on my side (as shown in the screenshots), but the issue persists even after marking the WooCommerce order as Completed.

It seems the ActionUser Plus hook doesn’t trigger automatically after order completion.

Looking forward to your test results.

Thank you,

Daniel – Onevent.ro

I renamed the file and also cleared the cache. Single Event pages are working now. Please check and let me know.

Hello,

I just checked your website on Android and it works normal.

Do you see the same issue with the calendar on our test site:

Could you let me know?

Hello,

Please go to EventON > EventCard > Designer > remove Get Directions. Unfortunately, not possible to remove it for individual events.
