Hello Byron we can also replicate this issue. Thank you so much for letting us know of this. We have implemented a solution for this in 4.9.8 version which is being work on at the moment.
It may be mid next week before the new version will go out with the fix. Hugely appreciate your patience my friend!

Thank you for sharing the video. I am also seeing this on my side now. I think there must be some sort of a delay in cache showing correct check-in or checked value. First time this happening.
I am not too familiar with your cache plugin LiteSpeed cache. any way we can disable post meta cache? the checkin /checked value is saved to Custom post type “evo-tix” as post meta.
I enabled our HTML5 QR Scanner on your website. Would you mind trying that out on our side? I tried it on your website and it seems to work correctly.

Ok I was able to add the clear out all main event data button that basically wipe out the fields for the repeat so you can add custom content or leave blank so it will change with Main event content 🙂
Tell you what, if you are cool with it, I will share a copy of what we have worked on so far for the Repeat customizer addon.

We have not completed the filters part. But Other events should work 🙂

In this page, do you see QR codes working? Where else in your website do you have trouble getting the QR code to work? Kindly share links to those.
You are running an old version of QR code addon and I had to do some custom work to get the old version to work without having to update to new version.

Again, this is an old version of the plugin which is showing a very different checkin page compared to the latest version of the addon.
Also please understand, Envato say part of what you pay is for support. That is their policy. we do not charge a special fee for support, 1 year support is included anyways.
