Hi Ashan,
Apologies for the lengthy delay, I got distracted with another project while I was waiting for the update to EventOn and completely forgot to reply.
In regards to your last reply… When you create customised repeating events, but don’t customise things like the subtitle or colour, despite not being customised, those fields no longer inherit the values of the parent (original) event if you make changes to the parent (original). For example if I make an event with 4 customised locations (i.e. same even but only changing the location in the customiser), if I change the event colour or subtitle of the original it doesn’t change the colour and subtitle of the customised repeating events. I haven’t tested with the event title but I suspect it’s true for that too.
Ideally, when you change anything in the parent that wasn’t customised in repeating events, it should reflect in all repeating events where that field wasn’t customised. This is why I assumed that the customised field was creating new fields (based on the original values) for all of the available customisable fields.
I hope that makes sense.
kind regards,
Glenn
PS: any ETA on when we might the see the updated plugin?
A checked the log when it happened yesterday but there was nothing there of any interest.
here is the link
thebeatbali.com / httpdocs / wp-content / debug.log
Not sure you can get there though.
Meanwhile, I tried this index plugin again. Did what you suggested. It does open faster but still no events to show in the calendar. They are in the featured events slider though
Here’s the login details for WP if needed

We have just released new version 4.9.8 addressing the access control issue. Also 2.4.5 for Lite version for similar issue. 🙂
Jacy. thank you for that info please allow us sometime. We are bit tied at the moment with a vulnerability issue fix for eventON.
Ok your website is updated to latest wordpress version 6.8.1. Woocommerce updated to latest version.
There seems to be some sort of an error and we can not fix it because you have changed the FTP access.
We need the updated FTP access to fix what is not working. Please send that quickly.
Hi, thank you for your reply. You see the problem
1. on low third of the page on https://youtopiagroup.com where the page has three colums the right colume is for events wirhe the header „Demnächst“ and also
2. on https://youtopiagroup.com/events/
all displays of events seem to be broken…
thanks, Rainer
Mind you, Updating your website wordpress and Woocommerce are not part of the support. But we are doing it now for you 😉
Ok it seems like we can not update woocommerce because you have old wordpress.
Your wordpress is 6.2.2 — I am going to update your wordpress version now.
Hello,
The best solution is to just clone the website with https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-clone-by-wp-academy/ or similar plugin.
CSV Importer add-on allows you to import events:
https://www.myeventon.com/addons/csv-event-importer/
However there are limitations. Tickets and Orders cannot be imported with the add-on.
I believe that you need to just clone the website. Please check and let me know.
Also check this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-import/
Raquel, please understand. You asked us to update your addons. –> We can not just update without verifying valid license. –> You could not verify. — > So we had to wait till you have new versions of the addons to update. Creating FTP and purchasing valid addon licenses were necessary for us to do the update.
Artem have already update your website with these new versions.
You have an old version of woocommerce that is stopping EventON Tickets from working. I am going to update your woocommerce to latest version now.
