Updating EventON – Event Tickets to version 2.4.13 resolved both of the the problems.

Best regards

I do understand that there might be two problems in the ticket:

  1. missing attendees data in CSV export
  2. unwanted output of UTF-8 BOM prefix xEFxBBxBF

Best regards

I think this issue has come back. The ICS scheduled import overrides the actual event end time. I’m sure we have had this issue sorted, could it have been bought back by an updated?

…the main EventON plugin does not need to be re-purchased, as it includes unlimited updates.

This is correct.

I truly hope that after making these purchases, everything can finally be set up correctly and smoothly, the plugins updated and especially the QR code functionality which is essential for our events.

Please immediately let us know if there are issues. Everything should work now.

Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. We are going to include this fix in the next version of EventON that should be available very soon. CodeCanyon will notify you about it.
