Could you go to wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > which page is selected in Checkout page?

Actually, instead of transferring the license, can I just update the email of the account associated with username justin_arneson?

Ok did a temp fix on your website we will implement a proper fix in version 4.9.8 🙂
