Ok I installed. index-events addon in your staging site. I dont want to activate eventON if it crash the site without FTP access to be able to see whats crashed it.
You can also install Query Monitor plugin to see which queries eat up memory.
EventON use native wordpress posts, post meta and taxonomy tables so that may cause lot of memory need.
Please activate eventON and see if it makes any difference. Make sure to go into EventON settings and index the events.
Artem also mentioned, he did not install the 2nd EventON.
We did not do anything in your website since 3 days ago because we can not login to your site or load the wp-admin page.
I sure hope you can resolve the hack and fix everything fast, my friend!! website attacks are not fun at all.
Ah yes, please make sure to update to the latest version of QR addon 2.1

In this new version we also added a new HTML5 web based QR Scanner that can scan codes direct from the checkin page. — this is still in Beta stage btw 🙂

I am not sure I understand this? It does not customize all the fields, it only save the field you edit in the customizer.

Would it be better to start the entire website by scratch and have you guys update a demo I can duplicate? The website only has these https://bvievents.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ajde_events this is important as rotary does important work and the date for the event is coming fast and we are fearful in sending out the printed tickets knowing the reservation isn’t working. Please assist with urgency.

We’re going to remove thee ticket portion as we’ve decided due to the rsvp invitation not working and the difficulty of a quick fix we won’t be using your ticket feature. Are you saying that relates to the RSVP and can’t function separately? I will be removing all traces of purchasing anything with in the next 4 hours.

Sorry! The issue is now resolved. Adding the code via Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS worked perfectly… I just forgot to refresh the page 😅
