The function can still run but it should stop  when the EVO()->cal->check_yn(‘evo_desc_check’, ‘evcal_1’) setting is false. == you have not enabled description validation.

Only reason this would still run is if this settings return true. — which means your wp_options settings might be loading cached settings values where this settings was enabled. 

Can you try clearing cache and see it works. 

Jean-jacques, wanted to update you we are testing the express checkout process further and so far our test works great.

Also wanted to point out we responded quickly to your past requests and even went above to create custom settings just for your needs 🙂

We will do more tests and then will release a new version with the express checkout functions.

RSS Feed can output as many events as your server can handle. How much memory is available and so on.

Please update EventON. The latest version will resolve the issue.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. Could you make sure that your .csv file doesn’t include 

event_id (int) – Event post ID, if passed, event with this id will be updated with meta data

As they can be similar to existing posts, pages and so on. Also please send us your .csv file, so we can check it as well.

Let us know which events aren’t importing as well.
