Hi, when we have Eventon plugin activated, we had issues with visitors saying that they couldn’t click on any buttons or links on the website in Chrome.. almost like there was a whole iframe over the site preventing normal function.
however when we turned the plugin off, the website works again normally.
is there a incompatibility issue b/w Divi theme / child theme and EventON? Is there any way to fix this issue?
Thanks,
Jessica
No, it works with Divi
How are you adding the shortcode to the page?
I created this https://whitestone.clinic/eventon-test/ (I Have deactivated the plugin)
and was able to click things until the chat thing opened up in the lower right corner of the screen
(PS don’t upgrade to eventon 3.0 just yet there is an issue with it we are fixing)
Sorry, my developer accidentally updated the plugin to 3.0.2 but the plugin seems to be causing issues on our site – making things freeze etc. Could you email me the earlier version to jessica@dalendesign.com?
Also how to I make the shortcode multi-coloured boxes like the demo?
[add_eventon cal_id=”noIMG” tiles=”yes” tile_count=”12″]
right now the boxes are all blue.
we have the code on our event page, but the divi section is hidden – you can unhide to troubleshoot.
Thanks,
Jessica
tile count 12? thats 12 events across- thats not going to look very good
the colors are based on the event color found on the right hand side of the edit event screen (scroll down to see event color)
