Problem with RSVP

Some people who want to RSVP to my event get the message:
COULD NOT CREATE RSVP PLEASE TRY LATER.

How can this happen and how can I get it working okay?

  I added eventon test with no issues
  
  It could be a shared server and the server is overloaded
  
  but try going into
  
  myeventon>>>>RSVP
  
  toggle
  
  Disable Nonce verification check upon new RSVP submission
  
  and see if that has an impact
