Thanks. We have made the changes. But because it was causing duplicate seat assignment, we removed the seat map. Another issue we are facing is the tickets generated does not have the QR Code. We have also enabled EventON QR Code plugin. Can you let us know what are we missing here?

Terribly sorry about the delay. Please apply this patch fix code and that will resolve the issue for you until we get a official release out for RSVP addon.

Hello Al, unfortunately we do not have that same discount for renewals. However I have applied a 25% off discount for your renewal which gives you a $47.50 discount on the order and that will go on every year until you decide to cancel the subscription.

Since you have not shared access to your website, could you kindly implement this code change in your website? — this will add the option for event status text string to be translated.

This code change will be in eventON 4.9.7

Olga, EventON never has a excel only export option. it always output .csv file. This should be able to open in MS Excel. perhaps the configuration in their PC for opening .csv file via excel was changed.

We have recognized the issue with CSV and have a solution implemented already. As for sales insight it works fine on our end. perhaps the new version will resolve it.

The changes I made also address the required fields validations.

I just tested on safari on Mac and it works perfectly. So I am guessing it is not loading the latest code changes from cache.

The changes I made in your site were implemented into the latest eventON 4.9.6  — so it should still work 🙂

BTW your event inspired us to use it as a real-world examples for check-in addon landing page 🙂
