Could you let us know Order ID of the purchase you want to swap? I believe that we can just refund it and then you’ll be able to purchase a new add-on afterwards.

In this picture you can see that the options are partially cut off and therefore not recognized
I turned that setting on. Deleted the old plugin. Then uploaded and licensed the new version. and my events did not erase. So I am good. You can close this ticket.
Just saw your other screengrab. I believe I need to actually turn this setting ON, not OFF.
I see no settings for “Delete EventON settings and data when EventON is uninstalled” Attached is an image showing:
Is there an older update from 2.6.12 to the next version? Or a version where the events are not deleted?
Or is there a way to get an API key so I can put in the username, Envato purchase id and API key?
yes, I can hide them thanks , but the error will be there , the plugin is not updated since 2024 , just wanted to let you (report) know about the error and hope it can be fixed on next update
