I have already tried removing all the code in functions.php and the issue is still there.

When you say you ‘switch the theme’, are you switching to a non-block theme? Because my theme is not a block theme.

Did you try testing on a non-block theme on your end and it is functioning correctly?

The latest version of Tickets add-on allows you to hide Ticket Details section. Please update and then go to EventON > Tickets > Emails > enable Hide ticket holder details from showing in Woo emails.

Sorry for the delay. Please update Schedule add-on to 2.1.1 to fix the issue.

In your theme in functions.php file there is this and also other PHP code that customizes EventON:

Could you try commenting the code one by one to see which one causes the issue?

When I switch the theme everything is working completely fine. I completely removed /eventon folder from your theme by renaming it and the issue is still happening.
