Hi Ashish, how are the corrections going?
Hi Ashan,
unfortunately it is important. Is there a way to solve it?
Thanks!
If it is different in mobile and tablet, we will need both.
One last observation – even though the calendar is eventually coming up, it’s taking longer to load and it’s not showing the two top categories it has been assigned to show 2 & 4. It is showing the 4th tier category we created “featured” though?
Which FYI we are still getting the error message within WordPress: EventON Child121368 is NOT active! – You do not have EventON main plugin – EventON main plugin is REQUIRED to run Child121368.
Ok I asked the owner of Downtownow if he remembers what he had added before the website stopped working, and he told me that because of the Covid19 response that restaurants and bars are doing here, he added in the daily view calendar what each place was doing and then set them as a repeating event every 1 day for 45 days. There were 77 events added in total.
To see what would happen, I did a bulk edit for all 77 and moved them to Draft mode and the calendars are now working.
So thoughts? Obviously these 77 events in repeat mode were overloading the system.
Reminder: we had you (or someone there) do some additional programming for repeating events.
Do I need to increase memory or something somewhere in the system?
Any thoughts on why it would just loop trying to load?
Sure I understand it’s a lot of work but replying the ticket and posting this same message is enough instead of having me send a message a day.
Regarding the responsive part, what design do you need ? mobile and tablet versions ?
Hi Ashan, my client is on EventON 2.7.3 but it also can be seen working on your demo site using the above POC code..
Kr, John
Which version of eventON are you running John? And do you know where exactly in the EventON code you are able to find the vulnerability?
