I am not really sure what all you have done and why this is appearing as it does not happen in new versions for users. Every plugin softwares have issues and we do our best to get our software issues resolved if we identify them. 

Sounds like you went back to an older version and everything is working now? seeing how this is a live site if you dont mind sharing FTP access to wp-content folder or event eventON folder i can update the latest version and make sure everyrhing work correct. 

You are not required to share FTP access, it would make it lot easier to fix on a live site.

Or record shows that your subscription for tickets addon was cancelled on June 27th 2018. And that is why the new version is not available for you. You need an active subscription to receive new versions Jaco. Sorry about that misunderstanding.

Hello Daniel, I am not sure which version it worked for you. But the latest version 2.8.7 the repeat event data are still saved in the same way as before. And it should not cause it to stop working.

I see whats going on. the event order value only alter the events within a month. You can use Event lists ext. addon and order months in DESC order as well.
