Could you update EventON to 2.8.7 and CSV Importer to 1.1.8 (if needed)? After update try to import again, if it doesn’t work please send us a link to your .csv file so we can check it.

I would like to downgrade the subscription to single site. If I were to downgrade to a single site, will I keep the license key it currently has or will there be a new one generated?

That’s great! I have an account at myeventon.com with the email address of sean@ignition90.com. If you could assign them to that account it would great. Let me know when they are assigned and I’ll go through and apply the keys to the site.
