i mean it works fine on our end demo.myeventon.com so its hard to tell what going on with out seen it in action. If you are on version 2.7 there was some major changes in 2.8 version so may be that was whats caused issues? perhaps a better option would be for you to create a test clone of your site and then install latest eventON before going live. 

you can wait till the subscription period end and then purchase a new license for single site or if the order is within 30 day period we can refund you for the 2-5 site license and then you can purchase single site license. let us know what you’d like to do Ken 🙂

Ok i found the orders. for future ref. order ids are 26501, 25815, 25193, 25162

Do you want to have an account in myeventon.com and transfer these licenses to there so you can manage them? would that work better? These licenese were purchased before our 1 year subscription period so they are good for life 🙂

Yang why didnt you say that in the first place? We are humans too with compassionate hearts. I am really sorry that you are struggling with money now because of the COVID19. And for situations like this we do make exceptions to our refund policy. 

I am refunding you the entire order now – $619.25  your subscription is now cancelled for order ID 82073 you will not be charged again.
