“Event count limit” limits the number of events per month. If you want to limit it overall for the whole list then you need to use this add-on: https://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-lists-extended/

Try on http://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/:

It seems that your theme overrides one of the styles from EventON:

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you can’t see any change, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header):

body .evoau_submission_form h2, body .evoau_submission_form h3 {color: #1ebad5 !important;}

Name and email fields will not be visible in the form if user is loggedin already, but those fields will be populated with registered information.

Where did you add the code? If to EventON > Styles please EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.
