If you want to sort months then, unfortunately, month order is not effected by event_order. Please use Events Lists: Ext. addon https://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-lists-extended/ that has a new shortcode value called month_order=’DESC’ that orders months. Try on http://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/

I wasn’t aware of the issues with the account so I understand that wasn’t helpful.
The ticket problems were resolved by updating the Divi THEME (the site does not use the Builder as a standalone plugin) to version 4.4.0. The true cause of the original problem is still unknown.
I contacted you because YOU are the plugin developer of EventON. I would not contact DIVI about this because they would send me right back to you. They won’t troubleshoot 3rd party plugins.
The standard WordPress troubleshooting steps you offered are not logical for a live website nor is it reasonable to have development resources & budget available to spin up new WP site with only the 3 pieces installed.
I realize that you weren’t able to access our site due to the login issue and maybe that would’ve produced different answers. Bottom line is that your product failed on a theme in which you state there have been zero problems on Divi.
Not happy with the product nor support and will not recommend for future use.

Thank you for addressing this. Not only does the script not interfere with Elementor, but the calendar finally works like I had asked it to.
I understand that customization jobs only have 5 days of support, but if you look at my tickets, this was never done correctly and I have been requesting support for some time.
What do you need to know? I cannot give login access at this point to our live site. I can work on replicating on our staging site but please let me know first why you need access at this point?
