I am glad you were able to use iframe. Its hard to tell what could cause this because this is the first time I am seeing this issue and it work fine on our servers. So it may be that your server or website is blocking content loading from external URLs? may be try reaching out to web host and see if there are any restrictions on similar measures? I will also dig into the code and see if we can replicate the issue as well.

So are you saying I don’t need any addon to allow people to post events?  I don’t want them to be able to access the back end of my site like on your demo site.  I will have people doing all kinds of crazy stuff on purpose and on accident that way.

I still don’t understand the differenc between the action user and the action user plus – nor do I understand why the “plus” version is cheaper…..

Can I allow people to post events at no charge from the front end of the site without either add on?

Any clarification you can make would be appreciated.

Hi there allan it seems you just purchased these addon. 

During the checkout page in our website we REQUIRE customers to confirm that they are aware the purchase is for a subscription.

Which you have also done. However your order is pending cancel – which means you will not be charged for the order again after 1 year license term expire. Which means you can continue to use the addons after the license expire, you just wont get updates or support after 1 year.

Addon refunded.

I have still not heard from anyone and this is now URGENT. Please tell me how to fix Action User
