Unfortunately, CodeCanyon allows you to install your purchase on one website only. If you want to install it on another website you need to buy it one more time.

I have been disappointed that the previous request for customising it to add the Hebrew date for the client was met with a very high – uncompetitive – rate. Would this be reviewed by your team – in order to confirm that it will take so much time and money to provide it?

I think the problem is that you chose EventON > RSVP > Reminder > Enable before event start reminder email #1 > Select emailing group: All attending guests that are checked-in, but none of your attendees are checked-in.

I haven’t purchased the Reminder plugin but it doesn’t seem I need to. Can you confirm?

I can see that you did purchase Reminder add-on (Order ID: #75638). You need Reminder add-on in order to send out notifications before events.

Could you update EventON to 2.8.5? To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

After please try going to EventON > Google Maps API > Disable Google Maps API > Google maps javascript file only (If the API js file is already loaded with another gmaps program).

1. I noticed that you have two purchases of Full Cal – Single Site and Event Lists: Ext – Single Site add-ons with these Order IDs: #57002 and #32657. When you say “two licences” are you referring to orders?

Could you elaborate more? With RSVP you can say YES, Maybe or NO. How one person can say YES and NO at the same time for the same event?
