Ok, that seems to meet my need. How much is this solution?
I don’t have the Order ID for the purchase, like I said I wasn’t given the login information for the purchaser’s account so I cannot access the License Keys tab or see any of the previous orders. Is there any way I can recover this without having to re-purchase the license?
I think the issue was caused by password protection on the website. Once I removed it, events are being moved to the trash as expected.
Also, can you change this entire ticket to Private and not Public, please?
