So this usually happen when an event has been deleted as this one https://biocity.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=21219&action=edit which was associated to some of those RSVPs.
Have you purchased RSVP addon from a different account because it doesnt show in here as it was purchased through your main account.
forgot to mention just add // infront of that line poiting in the arrow to apply this change,

After every update you should save EventON’s settings. No need to make any particular changes. Please also check if EventON > Tickets >Â Upon add to cart redirect customer is set to Do not redirect.

Please go to Edit Event > enable RSVP (no need to save the event) > download the list.
