Our client is a sports club that offers various courses. There are a certain number of places per course. If the course is full, members can register on the waiting list. If someone then cancels their participation, the first person on the waiting list can get the place.

The number of people who have already registered for the waiting list is then also displayed on the website for the relevant course. This is exactly the function our customer wants.

Yes of course. Simply deactivate your license on the old website and activate on the new one.

…RSVP Checked.In…

On the screenshot it says Check-In and not Checked-In.

Could you tell us why do you need to put people into Waitlist when all of your customers can just be regular users who RSVPed?

I restored it from Trash:

Hi Artem,

in the last ticket 364800 you recommended to disable the feature to fix the issue mentioned in the ticket.

Now you want me to enable again :).

Sorry, but this sounds not like a solution to me. There must be a deeper reason causing this duplicate event. Please provide a solution so the issues from both tickets will be solved.

thanks

Rudi

Okay, I have now seen that it works to a limited degree. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set the limit for RSVP to zero so that the entries go to the waiting list immediately. I always have to set it to at least 1. This is not so good because the first person to register is not put on the waiting list but is listed as RSVP Checked.In. Is there a workaround for this?
