Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
This appeared to be a permalinks issue. I reset permalinks to sitename.com//%category%/%postname%/ and now it works. I apologize for not figuring this out sooner.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. You can’t choose different Time Format for L1 and L2 languages.
However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.

To change Time Format on Event Card please go to EventON > Time Settings > Allow universal event time format on eventCard > Time Format.

Yes it is a normal behavior. They need to be saved somewhere.
Please go to eventon-full-cal/assets/fc_script.js:507 and change 2 to 4 or 5.
