  • If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the extension when your license expires.

If you don’t want to renew your add-on subscription (EventON itself doesn’t have a subscription, you pay only once), you can cancel it any time. We won’t activate it.

We are sorry that it’s taking this long. It’s very hard to figure out what the issue is when there is no debug.log file to check, I am afraid.

Could you try increasing the memory limit on the server to 1024M or more?

Can I try switching the theme and disable plugins for a test?

After adding items to the shopping cart—is it possible to be automatically redirected there?

Does the window close?

Is it possible to set up the PayPal button directly there, instead of the ”Add to Cart” button?

Or, alternatively, to avoid using a pop-up altogether?

Unfortunately, I don’t know how to create a shortcut.
