Ok, I think is not the email.

The problem is when users go to MY ACCOUNT > EVENT TICKETS.

Actually is now showing a error and not displaying any data…

I emptied the trash now. I only want future events to get imported. I tried what you recommended but the location still won’t get fetched. Please let me know what can be done.
