Also,   I have a questions about the Plugin updates.    We have 3 plugins that are out of date.   To update those plugins, I should disable the plugins and upload the new version?  Where can I download the new versions of the plugin?

EventON – Action User

EventON – Event Map

EventON – Full cal

Could this cause for some fields to be missing in the page that we add events and could it create a problem for the form that people can submit events.   I have been told by the person who works on events that these are missing from the form that outside people use to submit their forms.

If you are someone trying to submit a free event listing, and you use the below link:
https://gaydesertguide.com/add-event/
The missing fields still appear here.
The missing fields under “Add New Event”  are:
-Event Website
-Ticket Pricing
-Get Tickets
-Ticket Link
-Facebook Event Link
-You’re name
-You’re Email

So those fields exist for someone creating a free event, but for me as Admin adding a new event, I can’t see them.

I guess there are couple of ways to handle these failed overs.

1. we could allow a certain 24 or 48 hr delay before making the stock back available again

2. if someone purchase it, refund the failed order and notify the customer.

None of these options are built in. And we are working on implementing a solution that will allow customers choose how they want to handle. But it might take some time to implement these options in tickets addon for us 🙂

Can you please tell me what country Ashan and the Eventon team  is in and I will make sure it is not blocked from our IP filters. We have strong filters on due to spam attacks on our site.

It seems with the current mechanism on your website, when order fail, seat get moved available and then some how the payment get processed at later and order goes from failed => processed.  During this time someone has already bought the same seat,

So now you have 2 ppl = 1 seat.

I think if failed order does not auto restock seat, you avoid risk of multi booking same seat. But that seat will be unavailable for others.

I think it might be good to see how many orders usually goes from failed => complete.

Let me check and see if there are other options we can do.

So for each attendee of an order has a custom post type evo-tix. So sounds like the evo-tix may have the incorrect woocommerce order id? Since you didnt share the wp-admin login. Please check on your site to see if the evo-tix order IDs are corrrect with the woocommerce order ids.
