Did you enable Tile Design:

We have no purchase information of eventON addons, which are renewed yearly. EventON main plugin is one time purchase and will not renew yearly. 

Do you hve order IDs for purchase of eventON addons?

I managed to change the price by going to Edit Event > Custom Meta Fields:

I do not know what to tell you my friend. It gotta be your web server unable to support the processing needs. 

Like I said earlier, if you try another reputable web host, you can then compare and see if it works there or not. If it does, you know the issue is with the server. Until then I do not know what we can do since I have tried everything we know.
