It has already been more than one week without a solution from you and without being able to use de Event On plugin that I have already purchased. Are you ever going to fix it?

The issue was never with the server or the plugin—it was in accurately diagnosing the problem to effectively assist the customer. After clearly outlining the solution in actionable steps, I’m struggling to understand why this remains a difficult concept to implement.  

To reiterate:  

– The fix was straightforward: If Gmail SMTP fails (a common known issue), the immediate next step should be to guide users toward “Other SMTP” and advise them to obtain their hosting provider’s server details. My hosting support—who had zero familiarity with your plugin—solved this in 10 mins by following this exact logic.  

– No unnecessary tests were needed: WooCommerce was irrelevant (it was removed during troubleshooting), yet it was prioritized over the actual solution.  

– The barrier was communication, not technical complexity: Your team didn’t need to provide server details—only to recognize that Gmail’s limitations required a pivot to hosting-based SMTP.  

What’s disheartening isn’t the initial problem, but the resistance to refining your process after seeing a proven, faster resolution path. My feedback wasn’t criticism—it was a blueprint to reduce resolution times for future users. The indifference to improving this experience reflects a disconnect in valuing clients’ time. 

Moving forward, I’ll manage independently where possible. However, as a paying customer, I expect a support team that:  

1. Listens actively and adapts guidance based on clear evidence.  

2. Avoids redundant steps (like testing unrelated plugins).  

3. Documents solutions to prevent others from enduring the same delays.  

This isn’t about the plugin’s quality—it’s about the service framework around it. I hope this perspective prompts meaningful review.

I will get back with the billing isseu:

we had order #197202 witch we actually paid… and order #197144 for witch we didnt pay….

Unfortunately licences from #197202 are not active..still from 197144 are active. 

We had an other ticket for this a long time ago but without any resolution.

Today….as we were desperate to get things going….we order again a licence….for PDF-er but we actually dont need ,it as we already have on.

So for this we should get things in order with the licences…and the last one purchased today…for PDF-er we would like to change it for something else in the same amount.

regarding the technical isseu that we are faceing is that the PDFer wasnt generating the PDFs…so it couldn’t sent them by email.

We tried from browser to acces the link from the button that generates the PDF-s and we received error 500. It was interesting that out of 30 orders….5 had the PDF tickets generated…but we couldnt anyways find any solution even after a long investigation. Yet after disactivating the PDFer things are going ok…so now we run like this.

So this is what we know until know. If I can support with more….please tell me.

Thank you for the fast reply. Actually we figured out that the PDRer Addon is not working properly.

For now we have disabled it and everything is ok. We need to figure out why the PDFer is not working.

I also opened an other thicket, because we have other isseus regarding some Bills and order, and Artem wrote that Ashan will take over.

In my oppionion, we can close this ticket…not to have more open.

Could you tell us more about how you’ve managed to add the plugin to your app? With iframe?

Unfortunately, the issue was with the server itself and not our plugin. WooCommerce’s email wasn’t working confirms that.

In order to fix the issue with our plugin as well as with WooCommerce you had to use this very specific configuration of your email server:

We couldn’t know about any of this, i am afraid.

Is there a way for me to export sheet of all the data from rsvp like in google sheet etc.?

The main issue is that we don’t really know how Oxygen Builder works and why it affects internal functionality of EventON.
