Yes, I am aware of this. I am asking if you could possibly make an exception in this case as I did not see the reminder email in time and will not be maintaining the website this plugin was purchased for.

Yes I do but I have mentioned in my different support ticket, the database does not automatically update. So if there are let’s say 5 persons with fake tickets, they use the same QR code but different names and seat numbers, it will check them all in. We based that from past experience last January 25 a d 26 event. That’s why I wanted to hide the QR code and just show it to them before they checkin. Is it possible?

Could you create a clone of the website, so we can try disabling the plugin there?

The main issue is that when you click on the language switcher, the switcher doesn’t change event’s URL correctly.
There is no way of fixing this without adding a compatibility with Polylang. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on this and get it moved into development faster.

Please keep using the custom code I gave you. We will take a look into this more and will see if this can be fixed to the next update.
