Thanks for the information. We’re happy for the Include Anything posts to redirect to the single post page, what we are looking for is to have the ability to add Location, Organiser, Category etc be selected when using the Include Anything addon so our users can filter using these options. Is this possible?

I believe that the issue is in this part:

It seems that when customers checkout with Express functionality, it breaks EventON’s tickets as there is no compatibility between them.

I enabled the snippet and downloaded the .csv file. Could you do the same and show me where exactly the issue? Which line?

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.

The only solution that works is to change how many events are shown on wp-admin > Events until it starts to work:

The same issue on dev2, it doesn’t import/create a new organizer. Virtual data isn’t among “Acceptable CSV file fields“.
