To update eventon to latest version: Go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

There were some issue with the previous versions of EventON and PHP, so please make sure to use 8.0+ version of PHP from 4.8.2.
4.8.2 mostly fixes visual issues that customers have reported us, not sure what your plugin means by “Significant visual changes detected”.

Could you go to EventON > Appearance > EventTop Styles > these two are set the same way:
If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.

Make sure to go to EventON > EventTop > arranges fields like this:
Go to EventON > Appearance > EventTop Styles > make sure that colors are white
And Configure text color for colorful & Image eventtops is set to Use custom colorful only color for eventtop text. If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.
