i just deleted the addon folder completely and installed version 1.1.16 again. same problem as before. Since I just downloaded this version from the myeventon download page, all the files are original.

Please advise.

Eine Lösung über WooCommerce-Varianten ist leider nicht möglich, da:

Varianten immer den Steuersatz des Hauptprodukts übernehmen innerhalb eines variablen Produkts keine unterschiedlichen MwSt-Sätze korrekt abgebildet werden können dies steuerlich nicht zulässig ist

Daher wäre für unseren Anwendungsfall notwendig, dass ein Event aus mehreren Preisbestandteilen bestehen kann, z. B.:

Event-/Eintrittsanteil

Speisenanteil (7 % MwSt.)

Getränkeanteil (19 % MwSt.)


Idealerweise:

für den Kunden als ein Event / ein Ticket sichtbar intern (und auf der Rechnung) sauber aufgeschlüsselt ohne Varianten, sondern als feste, nicht abwählbare Bestandteile

Meine Frage:

👉 Gibt es in EventON bereits eine Möglichkeit, Eventpreise in mehrere steuerlich getrennte Bestandteile aufzuteilen, oder ist so ein Feature geplant?

👉 Falls nicht: Gibt es eine empfohlene Integration (z. B. Bundles / Composite Products), die von EventON offiziell unterstützt wird?

First, thank you for your response! Much appreciated. But what am I missing? It now seems that all events in the summer test have the title now appearing under the image. The winter program (in blue) still has longer titles appearing under the date. I’ve cleared caches, etc.

That + signed email address is for my own testing. I have done different combinations and the notification email is not even initiated. I also compared the RSVP email code between version 3.0.12 and 3.0.13 and there are differences, specielly the part that checks the notification status (Enabled/Disabled).
And if this gives you a better idea, I JUST removed 3.0.13 and installed 3.0.12, withiut touching anythign else, and the notification emails are now working fine.

I hope these details help you to debug the code.

As for the other part, I only sometimes get email notifications when someone replies to my ticket on here (on eventon site). I DID get a notification for this response though.

Unfortunately we already updated all of the events with variations… hundreds of them… Unless not only are you going to fix it but also change all of them, so it works with this plugin instead of woocommerce variations, and make sure it actually works for our use case?

Hmm spent sometime — this feature works fine on our end. but for someone reaon does not on your website. And this is the first time we have heard someone saying it is not working.

Would you be able to share FTP access to filter plus addon folder? We may have to dig deeper to see why the filter data is not getting passed in there.
