We have found a solution for this and will be in 4.8.2 which we are hoping to get out in the next few days.

oh ok fantastic!  thank you so much for your help on this.  It’s just the add on for ticketing that isn’t working well for us.  The main event on plugin that we paid for the paid version, it works great.  I actually have a couple of paid instances of that and really like it.  It’s just this particular add on.  Again thank you for all your help.
