Hello Phil. I see you have tickets addon purchased and I assume you are wanting refund for this and no other addons. I have gone ahead and refunded for you. 

And my friend, terribly sorry it did not work for you and slowed your site down. We have many customers who use this without any issues. Many other factors could be the reason for issues you experienced. We are constantly improving our software and expanding, if you happen to come around EventON again we hope you will find a version of the software that works better for your circumstances.

The same issue is happening on our website after the last update (latest version). The event selection screen opens and then disappears immediately. It is not possible to select any related events.

Hey, so just recently EventOn has problems in syncing events from the google calender. 4 Events in the future are synced but it won’t fetch any more events. What could be the reason for this issue?

• Webserver Time zone: America/Detroit (EST, -0500)
• wp-admin > Settings > Timezone is Detroit
• EventOn Default Event Timezone is (GMT-05:00) America/Detroit
• Apply default timezone to all events is checked.
• Event Timezone is set to (GMT-05:00) America/Detroit

The event countdown is still 5 hours (300 minutes) behind.

I have to add 300 minutes offset to each event to display correct countdown.

For now, I edited the countdown plugin and manually added an 18,000-second offset to ensure the correct countdown for all events. I didn’t want to apply an offset for each event individually. However, this approach isn’t ideal, as I may have events in different time zones later.
