And in addition to that, it depends on the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) some icons do not appear!

On Safari all of them will show but on Chrome and Firefox not.

I don’t think I have a login for the account page? I purchased the plugin via Codecanyon and can’t find a reference to the account details?

My client may have had an account for the old website where I grabbed the addons for the new site. I might be able to get a login from them if they still have it. Or can you setup an account for me?

It appears that a more than sufficient amount of time has passed on this matter.  Could you please ensure that a full and complete resolution is performed and finalized within the next 24 hours.  If nothing is done, unfortunately I will be forced to contact the bank with which the transaction was done and have them handle it from that end.  I was hoping this would be a much smoother process, but the lengthy delays have put me in a position to have to contact you once more.  Looking forward to that refund by tomorrow morning my time.  Thank you.
