Ashan,

I have been a customer for your for many years and have referred others as well. I paid for these subscriptions out of my personal PayPal account for canadianevents.com which I no longer work for or have access to the email account that the renewal notification came from. I respectfully request that my payment is refunded and the renewal is paid for by the canadianevents.com

Thanks,

Ron

When you purchase an event for each repeat, it shows dates for each repeat:

I am not sure what do you mean by “We would like to see all 4 dates when purchasing a ticket.”. Could you elaborate?

Hello,

The main container that comes from your theme has inline padding:

Could you let us know if the padding was added manually or through the code?

Hello,

I am not sure to understand. Currently, only one date is displayed in your screenshot.

We would like to display all the dates in the cart, checkout, and the ticket received by email when purchasing a ticket for a recurring event. Currently, in the cart, only one date is shown, even though the event repeats on 4 different dates.

Yes we already added the type 2 and 3. It’s displayed in the singular event page but not in the list.

Also we did some test, with this shortcode [add_eventon_list number_of_months=”3″ show_year=”yes” event_count=’3′], all the event type are showing but once we add add_eventon tiles=”yes” , only a single event type information is showing.

But for both case, the organizer is stilll not being shown in the event list.

Here is the full code we are using actually: https://cmcm.qc.ca/wp-content/uploads/ticket_confirmation_email.txt  (file extension need to be changed to .php)

The css in line 297 and 298 are not applying, and the ‘Open Sans’ font is still being applied to the additionnal information paragraph even if we removed it from the code.
