to clarify  the event time is set to 16:15 our local time in tickitino but when the event is created automatically through an api in eventson calendar the time is set to universal time +1 please can you look at this and tell me how to fix

Please even if i hide the GMT it doesnt display the local time because we creating the events through api and not manualy so is there a way to fix that
