Hello,

As I said in your other ticket, I believe that the issue is coming from the number of repeats.

For example, in this event there are 99 repeats until 2026:

https://barajooga.fi/wp-admin/post.php?post=1559&action=edit

So when you try to save it, the server has issues during the saving process.

Could you please do this with similar events:

Try changing “Event Repeat Type” to “Daily”, disable “Repeating Event – Enable repeating instances for this event“, save the event and refresh the page. Now enable “Repeating Event – Enable repeating instances for this event” and set the correct Repeat Type. Save the event and refresh the page.

Take a look at

Hello!
Thank you very much for your prompt response. We have now updated the plugins:

•EventON -> 4.8
•EventON Event Tickets -> 2.4.7
•WooCommerce PDF Product Vouchers -> 3.12.5
The issue: As soon as we activate the WooCommerce PDF Product Vouchers plugin, the calendar is no longer displayed: https://illusionstheater-berlin.de/spielplan

We have currently deactivated the plugin WooCommerce PDF Product Vouchers to allow orders to be placed.

Please investigate why this error is occurring.
Best regards

Hello,

We unable to help with any PHP customizations, I am afraid, since it’s against CodeCanyon’s Support Policy.

Hello,

It can not be customized, I am afraid, but it is now a link instead of a link to admin-ajax.php file.
