Ashan,

Quite a few customers ask for this functionality:

…but the one feature it has is urls to subscribe to the calendar – users can then add the calendar to outlook, google, etc…

Is it possible to develop?

You can also go to EventON > Advanced > set Select event calendar WP Query method to Query only the event posts created within last 12 months. This way only new events will be shown.

In order to test how many old events your server can handle, you can just leave them and check if events do affect the performance. How many events do you have per month?

Dear Artem,

This critical issues has affected us very badly and I am under a lot of pressure. I need a faster response. What is the result of testing the system? Are you going to give a new version? Or can you send me the old version that was working fine?

Hello,

I need the events to be removed from the database. The organization has dozens of events every month and I cannot store all old events or the database will become bloated.

Will I need to manually remove old events from the database?

If yes, what is the best way to do this?

Thanks.
