Hello,
I need the events to be removed from the database. The organization has dozens of events every month and I cannot store all old events or the database will become bloated.
Will I need to manually remove old events from the database?
If yes, what is the best way to do this?

So, I was trying to use this instead of The Events Calendar, which is messy for a simple calendar, but the one feature it has is urls to subscribe to the calendar – users can then add the calendar to outlook, google, etc and stay up to date as events are added. I dont understand why EventOn would not have that feature.
Since I have not had any replies from you for over a week. I assume you cannot resolve the issue. I have canceled the Full Cal view addon. I would appreciate it if you could fix the Weekly View so the grid works. I will keep it for now since we are using the list view. Not sure your support is all that good.

If you enable ”Allow ICS download of all events”, users will be able to download the calendar and then import it:
Please also check RSS Feed add-on:
Maybe they can use the feed to import events from it.
