Hello,
Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header).
You can also add this code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
.eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .ev_ftImg { width: 500px; height: 200px; max-height: 200px; }
You can try changing 500 for best results. The same with 200, but make sure to change them to the same value.

You cannot see their events on Action User Event Manager unless you are assigns to the events. More info:
