I’ve made progress. I found these two receipts. I was using the wrong billing email. Using these license keys (same as listed on my account), I was able to active the event slider and event api. I am not able to activate the Lists addon. I get the same message about the license key not being the correct format. When I upload the search addon, I can’t activate it. I found my zip file from 2017 and that one didn’t work either. These two addons are the ones I need as soon as possible. Thanks for your help, Mary
