Hello,

Please add hide_so=”yes” to your shortcodes. You can also go to EventON > Sorting and Filtering > enable Globally Hide both Sort and Filter Icons and Bar on Calendar.

Deactivated sites are just history of activations/deactivations. Deactivated sites aren’t included in license activations.

Hello,

The latest version of EventON is 4.7.3. Could you update?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Hello, did you test this? I assume not. Now it’s worse….

I put default price to 0 in whole section PG, it was not reflect to a row. I then put the default price to 0 in row C only. See the result !!!

I need to change this again, otherwise we risk that person buy free tickets !

I THINK WE HAVE A SERIOUS BUG, BECAUSE THIS ALWAYS WORKED CORRECTLY IN THE PAST. This seat layout has been used for X previous events successfully.

Can you please urgently check ?

Hello, That’s how I did it. However, the deactivated sites are also included in the list from 1-25, see image. Do I have 25 active sites in my subscription?

Hi

Thanks for your help, it’s not quite working as I’d like. It would be easier for customers to select the filter they want, with the code they need to deselect each type then choose their selection.

Is there a way of being able to easily just select multiple items without needing to deselect all?

Just wanted to update you the new version of RSS addon v 1.2 will have option in settings that will give you ability to create a ICS feed event link 🙂

On the WordPress end, I’m receiving an error message when I have tried to update the plugin:

An error occurred while updating EventON: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I’ve also tried going through Envato and CodeCanyon and I can’t find any account that’s linked to any emails from this organization that has this purchase listed, but we clearly bought the license at some point because we have the plugin running on our site and have for years.

Without access to the License Key or the .zip file containing the updated version of the plugin, I can’t update my plugin files. Is there any recovery process I can try to go through?

I’d prefer to not have to switch to a different plugin or purchase this plugin again, but we’re experiencing significant performance issues that are almost certainly coming from running this older version.

I attached an image here that shows our plugin is active and the last digits of our license key.
