wp-admin access would help us diagnose better we are kind of guessing

I wonder if myeventon>>>>>tickets

you have toggled Always redirect individual WC ticket Product page to event page on frontend

and then something might be preventing that redirect which is why that issue of adding to cart and then asking you to add products

as we can’t reproduce it

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

there could be a plugin interfereing with it

I was able to figure out the changes to be made when duplicating the seats. I need to edit the row manually not the section itself.

But just one issue that I found. When I try to add items to cart, I experienced this twice today, when I reached 2 items, when I select the 3rd seat, the add to cart button does not show up so in case a buyer wants to purchase 5 seats or the whole row, it will encounter a problem.

Can you look into this please?

Yep I already set the seat size to 15px but its still small.

For the seat map, what do you mean “try saving changing interim” check this loom video. I changed the price to 3,000 and saved it but when I visit  the event page it still says 2,000 I even cleared my cache

This is interesting, the API direct url for calendar https://lubbockculturaldistrict.org/wp-json/eventon/calendarloads JSON data. But the HTML of the calendar has no events.

This ticket is private, would you mind sharing the FTP access to API addon folder. I am doing a huge update on API addon and I want to make sure this update also cover the item you are having issues with .

Jason sorry about the delay. Few items we need to resolve before we can release eventON 4.7.3 which is needed for the new ICS addon to work properly. Much appreciate your patience

In eventON 4.7.2 we added the new option to use openmaps API for geolocation generation, please give that a try and see how that plays out for you.

In the future we are hoping to implement openmaps API for event maps, as we are starting to see more and more issues coming up with google maps API.

Hi, you can forget the ICS import. I decided to go ahead and import via CSV. Which worked EXCEPT that now all the start dates are wrong, even though the CSV file has the correct dates.

Here is the file I uploaded via CSV Import: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/ux7o9j2do50ies4t0s7st/EventOn-Import-24-1112-tmp-173144986755306.csv?rlkey=snr2rj94qoa5wt7ethmdnvht8&st=mkaalazd&dl=0
