I use the Avada theme and don’t see the eventon shortcode generator anywhere.

Please go to EventON Settings > Shortcodes > Generate Shortcode.

2. Please try

[add_eventon_search number_of_months=”12″ search_all=”yes” ]

Also try

[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”12″ show_year=”yes” event_count=”3″ search=”yes”]

And also

[add_eventon search=”yes”]

Once you run that code, the max number of fields to be enabled on settings will change. The code in the documentation works.

Once you select a number of custom data fields > save changes you will see more fields are visible that can be activated.

The new version of EventON introduced new functionality that affects this. So from now on if Edit Event > Event Color is blue, then the text is black and if the color is black, then the text is white.

Yes you may forward that. But I do not know what they will say. 

Another option would be for you to hire a developer and build custom loop using that woocommerce pluggable filter and feed PDF plugin the correct ticket names.  — Kind of a long process.

Lets just hope the plugin developer is willing to help you out or even guide you in any direction to where they this can be applied.

We’ve changed this in the newest version.

So now the color depends on Edit Event > Event Color. So if the color is blue, then the font is black. Please try changing the color to black, so the text can be changed to white.
