Hi Artem,
Thank you for the reply.
We downloaded the csv file from under the EventON settings on the old site and then used the EventON CSV Importer (version 1.1.10) plugin to upload the file onto the new website.
Please find a link to a Google Drive folder with the files attached: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1BjdAdw71rA8cgqhLyAfnb4vcRBPbakGl?usp=sharing
The larger file (156kB) contains all the events and the smaller one (42kB) contains the files remaining that need to be uploaded to the new version of the website.
When I went to upload the original file, only 157 of about 225 files came over. With the smaller file, only 2 of the 50 files transferred. Currently, I’ve imported 159 events.
Both times, the import had an extra item try to transfer over. From today’s attempt, I had 50 events, but it said 51 were to be transferred. I’m not sure if that has any impact on the import process or not.
The event category we made for the different counties didn’t transfer over so I manually re-made and assigned them to the current events on the new website. I’m not sure if that category required the csv file to be modified and I’m afraid I’m not familiar enough to understand what exactly I need to modify and how.
As long as the remaining events and locations can be transferred over, I’m more than happy to manually assign the new categories to the events to avoid causing issues with the categories.
Would you mind taking a peek and providing me with some guidance on how to complete the import process?
Just let me know if there’s additional information you need to help with the above.
Thanks, and have a great day!
